Returns

  • Products must be unopened and unused.

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

  • Email esthetics@lisazachary.skin with your order # to start the process.

  • You’re responsible for return shipping unless we sent an incorrect or defective item.

Refunds

  • Once the product is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Consultation Appointments

  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session or future booking restrictions.
