Welcome to Lisa Zachary Aesthetics (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.lisazachary.com, purchases of our skincare products, and bookings for our in-person or virtual esthetic services (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting the site or booking/purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) to purchase from or book with us.

3. Ordering & Payment

• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

• Orders are confirmed once payment is processed through our secure checkout.

• Sales tax is applied where required by law.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the U.S. only. Standard delivery is typically 5–7 business days after order processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

You may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping).

• Items must be in original condition and packaging.

• You are responsible for return shipping unless we sent the wrong or defective item.

• Opened or used products are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

6. Consultation Bookings

We offer both in-person and virtual skincare consultations.

• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session or future booking restrictions.

• No prepayment is required at booking unless otherwise stated.

7. Use of Products & Results Disclaimer

Our products are designed to support healthy skin; however, individual results vary.

• Always perform a patch test before use.

• Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a licensed medical professional.

• Our content and consultations are for educational purposes only and not a substitute for medical advice or diagnosis.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, images, logos, product names, and videos—is owned by or licensed to Lisa Zachary Aesthetics. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written consent.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose;

• Interfere with its security or functionality;

• Attempt to copy or resell our products or content without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lisa Zachary Aesthetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in dispute.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Burlington County, New Jersey.
